M1 ERP software complements Shearform's heavyweight role in steel

The M1 ERP software by Bowen & Groves has assisted Shearform Industries, the Melbourne based heavy steel fabricator, processor and reseller, to be an all round better business.

Shearform's Managing Director John Rumler says that the decision to invest in M1 as his company's ERP platform came after an eighteen months investigation of possible solutions.

"In the end I was impressed by the features which M1 offered us as an integrated business management software package, the online support available from the BG SupportNet and its integrated features.

"M1 has addressed my conclusion that not all ERP solutions are the same.

"We have now been running on this software for eighteen months after a seamless commissioning aided by the fact that our office was already computer literate.

"M1 has been an ideal choice for a company of Shearform's size - about 60 employees expanding over two adjoining fabrication and processing shops in Dandenong, Victoria" John said.
